Apr 14: A woman and a mother is detained for killing. The crime is “killing of her own 3 year old innocent son”. This is unbelievable, heinous and nerve-wrecking . Koraput police has arrested the woman from Lukumari village, here today.
As per reports, the incident occurred during the ongoing Chaiti Parva(local annual fest) Wednesday night. the woman has killed her won blood by beheading and the exact reason behind this is still unclear.
Koraput SDPO and other senior police officials have started thorough investigation at Lukumari village. A special team of investigation, led by IIC have been interrogating neighbors as well.
The unusual and brutal killing has sent shockwaves in the area.
