Double Engine Govt Gave Double Benefits: CM Yogi
Bijnor, Feb 7 : Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Monday said that the double engine government of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has given double and triple facilities to the people in the last five years. Addressing ‘Jan Chaupal’, Yogi said, “You have witnessed the works of the double engine government in five years, the government gave facilities and benefits to the people in double and triple manner.” He said that five years back riot, curfew and exodus became the destiny of western UP. “Five years ago riots, curfew and exodus became the destiny of the western UP. People did not feel secure and the safety of the daughters was under threat. Not a single riot took place in five years.
An atmosphere of security has been created. Mafias and criminals were forced to beg for their lives,” he said. Yogi said, “Daughters and mothers were afraid of the criminals, but today the mafia are begging for their lives. They are saying that they will do petty jobs for living, but won’t do any crime.” He said that in the last five years the double engine government of BJP has pulled western UP out of hell. Without taking the name of Samajwadi Party (SP) president Akhilesh Yadav the CM said that time has come to teach a lesson to those who misled people on corona vaccine.
“With your vote give a tight slap on the faces of those who used to say that this vaccine is of Modi and BJP. Tell them that this is no one vaccine,” he said. He accused the SP and Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) governments of failing to ensure power supply in the state. “There was no electricity during the SP and BSP regimes because thieves don’t like full moon nights,” he said. Yogi said, “Under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi from a sick state UP changed and became one of the best states.
” He said that whether it be loan waiver or Prime Minister Kisan Samman Nidhi or payment of Rs 1.58 lakh crore of cane efforts were made to provide all facilities to the farmers. Yogi said that when BJP is there during rough times then no other person is needed. “Remember this was the same team of two boys when Muzaffarnagar riots took place. One was sitting in Delhi and another one was giving shelter to the rioters while sitting in Lucknow. Today it’s time to give a reply,” he said while referring to Akhilesh and Rashtriya Lok Dal (RLD) president Jayant Chaudhary.
