Goa Polls: Reject AAP, TMC Says GFP

Panaji, Feb 7: In an attack on the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and Trinamool Congress, the Goa Forward Party (GFP) on Monday asked voters to reject parties which it said had no idea of Goa’s culture and language and were seeking votes to help the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).

Without naming AAP or Trinamool, the GFP said: ”Parties ask Goemkars votes with no idea of our culture, language and humanity, coming here as masters with aggression, money and foolish promises from Bengal and Delhi to help BJP who’re the exact opposite of our values, virtues and principles. Spot them, reject them!” The GFP, which is contesting the assembly elections in alliance with Congress, has fielded three candidates. Goa will go for polls on February 14.
