Bhubaneswar: The Odisha State Election Commission has relaxed some of the Covid-19 restrictions imposed on campaigning for the ensuing Panchayat Polls in the state.
According to sources, the SEC has now allowed political meetings with 300 people and Door to Door campaigns with 20 people. The decision was taken by the SEC after today’s review meeting held with the district Collectors.
The number of Covid-19 infections in the state has declined drastically in the last few days.
