Sambalpur: In a shocking incident, a 19-year-old girl reportedly hanged self from a mango tree after her boyfriend’s death.
The incident has been reported from Chinimahul village under Jamankira police limits in Odisha’s Sambalpur district.
The deceased couple has been identified as Bipra Kisan (24) of Chinimahul village under Jamankira police limits and Sunita Mirdha of Sadapali village under Jujumura police limits were in love.
Recently, Bipra met with an accident near the Gaudpali Kanak Durga temple beside National Highway No. 53 while he was returning to his village on a motorbike.
Sunita was shocked when she received the news of her beloved death and unable to bear the grief she decided to end her life. Eventually, she hanged herself from a mango tree on the outskirts of her village
On being informed about the tragic incident, police reached the village and recovered Sunita’s body.
Meanwhile, the incident has not only come as a shock to the local inhabitants but it has become the most talked about topic in the region
