Shocking! Youth Commits Suicide By Seeking Poison Online, FIR Against 3 Including Flipkart Director, Check Detailed Plot
Ghaziabad, Jan 3: In a shocking incident, an FIR has been lodged against Flipkart Director Praveen Prasad, Acting Director Manoj S Money and Regional Manager Anubhav Sharma in the suicide case of a youth identified as Abdul Wahid by consuming poison which he ordered from Flipkart. In the FIR registered on the order of the court, the Mussoorie police station has imposed sections of culpable homicide and conspiracy.
Abdul Wahid (24 years) resident of Khancha Road in Mussoorie used to drive a cab. Due to the underlying pandemic, his earnings were not enough to buy him his bread and butter which led him to get dragged into stress. Following which he consumed the poison on 25 September 2021 after ordering it online.
Notably, it’s wrapper was found in the cab. He was taken to Sarvodaya Hospital when his condition deteriorated and was declared died. Advocate Rahisuddin, appearing for his family members, said that the police had been informed but the case was not registered.
Applied on this in court, Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Sudhanshu Shekhar ordered registration of FIR. Yogendra Singh, in-charge of Mussoorie police station said that a case has been registered. Notices have been issued to both the named accused. Further action will be taken after recording his statement.
