Mumbai, Dec 31: The Rupee remained strong on Friday too, advancing seven paise to 74.34 against the USD on brisk selling of US Dollars by bankers and importers, dealers at the Foreign Exchange said.
The domestic unit rallied because of a weak Dollar against other world currencies amid rebounding stock markets in the opening session.
The Rupee unit registered the days high and low at 74.30 and 74.35 respectively against the US Dollar, dealers added.
