Nagpur, Dec 13: A 19-year-old girl was abducted and raped by two men in the outskirts of this city within jurisdiction of Kalamna Police Station, a senior police said.
According to the official, the incident took place on Monday morning when the victim was on her way to the singing classes in Ramdaspeth area.
Two men, driving a Maruti Omni reportedly intercepted her and took her to an isolated place and committed the heinous crime and fled the spot.
The victim approached Kalamna Police Station and narrated her ordeal.
Acting swiftly on the complaint, Nagpur Police swung into action.
The girl was subsequently sent for medical examination at Government Medical College and Hospital(GMCH).
Meanwhile, police have launched the manhunt for the accused.
