Balasore, Sep 23 : Four persons including manager of a hotel were arrested by the Balasore sadar police on Saturday in connection with a kidnapping and gang rape of a 15 year old minor girl.
The incident took place on Friday, the police said.
All the accused were forwarded to court after being booked under section 363,366,366A,506 ,34,376 (D)(A),109 of IPC and 6,15and 17 of POCSO act.
Police said the accused trio in their early twenties who committed sexual assault were identified as Sandip Senapati , Bikash Tapasi and Hitanshu Senapati.
The victim of Kudia area was allegedly kidnapped from her house and raped in a room of a hotel at Chandipur beach.
Besides raping her one by one they also captured the images and video of sexual assault in their mobile phones.The victim girl was later dropped near her house by the accused.
The matter came to light when the victim consumed poison and expressed her ordeals to her parents .The parents subsequently informed the matter to police.
The victim was rushed to the district headquarters hospital on Friday night and she is stated to be stable.

“All the four accused persons including the hotel manager where the victim was lodged were arrested. The hotel manager had allotted room to them without proper documents and identity verification.
The Sadar SDM has also been communicated to take necessary legal actions against the hotel, Garden Plaza where the heinous offence was committed.
Further investigation on the matter is underway, IIC Sadar Jayant Behera said.
