New Delhi, Jul 10 : The Delhi Police’s Special Cell arrested four criminals in two separate encounters in the National Capital, police said on Saturday.
An official from the Special Cell said that on Friday night two robbers were arrested following a shootout in northwest Delhi’ Rohini area.
The accused were identified as Yashpal alias Bhola and Vicky alias Vikas. Total 15 cases of robberies and snatchings were registered against Yashpal. He had been declared absconder by Mangolpuri Police Station.
In a separate incident, two illegal firearms suppliers were arrested after an exchange of fire between the Specials Cell’s South Range team and the illegal arms suppliers in West Delhi’s Dwarka area.
