“I pay homage to the legendary Biju Patnaik Ji on his birth anniversary. His visionary leadership and indomitable spirit continue to inspire generations. His contributions to our nation and his unwavering commitment to development are exemplary,” Modi expressed.

The Prime Minister also announced his participation in the inauguration of various projects in Chandikhole, Odisha, on this auspicious occasion. March 5 holds a special significance as it marks the birth anniversary of the revered Odisha icon, Biju Patnaik, who is notably the father of BJD supremo and current CM, Naveen Patnaik. Coinciding with the 108th birth anniversary of Biju Patnaik, PM Modi’s visit to the state adds a poignant touch to the commemoration of the legendary leader’s legacy.
