Puri, April 7 : Renowned sand artist Sudarsan Pattnaik has created a sand sculpture on World health day on Friday at Puri beach with a message “Health for All”.
Sudarshan created a 6 feet high and 15 feet long sand sculpture using about 12 tonnes of sand on the 25th Anniversary of WHO.
The sand sculpture depicted the mascot of this year’s theme ‘’Health for all.’’

In a tweet he said ” Dear Sudarsan, thank you for this beautiful piece of art and for always standing up for #HealthForAll ! Thank you for caring about @WHO ”
Sudarsan who has been awarded Padma Shree, has participated in more than 65 International sand art competitions and festivals around the World and won many prizes for the country.
