Goa: BJP To Release Poll Manifesto On Feb 8
Panaji, Feb 7: Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways Nitin Gadkari will release Bharatiya Janata Party’s (BJP) Sankalp Patra (Manifesto) for the Goa Assembly Polls on February 8, a statement from the party said. The BJP had held back its manifesto release earlier scheduled on Sunday following the demise of India’s Nightingale Bharat Ratna Lata Mangeshkar.
The manifesto would be released in the presence of Union Minister of State for Tourism and Ports Shripad Naik, BJP Goa Election In-charge and former Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, Minister of State for Railways and Textiles Darshana Jardosh, Chief Minister Pramod Sawant, State President Sadanand Shet Tanawde, Goa Desk Incharge C T Ravi, among others. Gadkari will also address public rallies at Pernem, Thivim and Siolim in North Goa. UNI
