Bhubaneswar, May 8: Eminent Odia literarian and the Padma awardee Dr. Rajat Kar, passes away in a private hospital here on Sunday. He was 88.
The sad news of the demise of the laureate and the renowned researcher of Bhanja Sahitya has been confirmed by his elder son Ranjit Kar. The Veteran commentator, author and play-writer Rajat Kumar Kar was under treatment for some cardiac problems.
