Ranchi, Feb 14: A Special CBI court will announce its verdict on Tuesday in case number RC 47A/96, related to fraudulent withdrawals of Rs. 139.35 crore from Doranda Treasury of unified Bihar.
The court of special CBI Judge SK Sashi will announce its verdict in the case.
To appear before the court RJD Supremo and former Bihar Chief Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav had reached Ranchi on Sunday itself. In this high profile case, the court will announce its verdict against 99 accused including Lalu Prasad Yadav. In the case, the CBI had produced a total of 575 witnesses.
