BREAKING: Odisha: UG & PG Class-room Teaching Closed Till May 2

Bhubaneswar, Apr 26: The state Higher Education Department on Tuesday afternoon has declared a close-down of Class-room teaching of all the UG & PG Colleges all over Odisha till May 2.

The decision has been taken by the State Guv due to an intense and continuous Heat-wave Conditions in last couple of days. It’s pertinent to say that a couple of days earlier, the regional MeT Office here also declared a Yellow Warning and severe heat-wave alert till 30th Apr’ in most parts of Coastal, Interior and Western Odisha.

On Monday evening the State School & Mass-education Department has declared shut-down of all public and private schools till 30th of this month over heat-wave conditions in Odisha.
