Kolkata, Feb 15: Two persons, a mother and her son, were burnt alive at their multi-storied flat in West Bengal’s Cooch-Behar district on Tuesday, police and fire brigade sources said. The fire was first noticed at around 0500 hours at their New Kadamtala flat by the neighbours, who immediately called the fire brigade, which found two half-charred bodies of a mother and her son. Police said they are investigating the cause of the blaze.
