24 districts to witness light to moderate thundershower for upcoming 5 days

Bhubaneswar: The regional centre of the India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Thursday predicted light to moderate thundershower over parts of 24 districts of Odisha those are Nuapada, Balangir, Koraput, Malkangiri, Bargarh, Sambalpur, Jharsuguda, Sundergarh, Deogarh, Keonjhar, Angul, Dhenkanal, Kandhamal, Ganjam, Nayagarh, Nabarangpur, Cuttack (including Cuttack City), Kendrapada, Jagatsingpur,  Boudh, Puri, Mayurbhanj, Balasore and Khurda (including Bhubaneswar) within next three hours, said the Duty Officer.

People are advised to keep a watch on the weather and accordingly move to safer places to protect from lightning strikes, added the Duty Officer.
