Bhubaneswar, Jul 5 : Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has written a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the issue of housing scheme beneficiaries. The Chief Minister has demanded that the Housing Plus App be launched for a month across the state. The list of eligible beneficiaries should be transferred to Housing Plus.
The central government has implemented the app for only 14 affected districts. Sixteen other districts are excluded. Among the deprived districts are KBK, tribal and other backward beneficiaries. Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has written a letter to look into the matter. Naveen demanded the inclusion of 600,000 beneficiaries in the district, which was not affected by the financial crisis. The Center has set a target of 8lakh 17thousands for Odisha. The Chief Minister thanked the Prime Minister for this.
