Dr. Bindra raised doubts about whether Maheshwari himself published the promotion, pointing out that while the advertisement featured Maheshwari’s name, it’s not confirmed whether he personally endorsed or released it. The promotion’s visibility on platforms like Jio News, Papers, and HT News Papers from November 20, 2023, could potentially verify its authenticity, although the actual publisher remains uncertain.
