Sunteck Realty Reports Pre-sales of Rs 352 Crore In Q3 FY2022

Mumbai, Jan 10 : City-based realty firm Sunteck Realty on Monday reported a marginal improvement in pre-sales in the third quarter ended December 31, 2021 at Rs 352 crore as against Rs 349 crore in the corresponding period last fiscal.
The company’s collections for the October-December 2021 period stood at Rs 270 crore as against Rs 252 crore, a year-ago, it said in a regulatory filing.
However, on a quarter-on-quarter basis, the pre-sales and collections improved 29 per cent and 30 per cent, respectively, from Rs 272 crore and Rs 207 crore recorded in Q2 FY2021.
During the nine months between April and December, 2021, the realty player reported bookings to the tune of Rs 800 crore as against Rs 651 crore during 9M FY2021, registering a growth of 23 per cent. Similarly, the collections during this period improved 41 per cent from Rs 459 crore to Rs 649 crore in 9M FY2022.
In the last 18 months, the company said, it acquired 23 million sqft of development potential across five projects at Vasai West, Vasind, Borivali West, Kalyan (Shahad) and Pen-Khopoli, totaling to an estimated gross development value (GDV) of Rs 20,000 crore.
“In the forthcoming quarters, driven by new acquisitions, the company has a slew of project launches lined-up both in the premium and aspirational residential segments. These launches will lead to continued growth momentum in the pre-sales of the company and thereby, increase our market share,” it said.
