School Peon Found Dead Near Hill On Bhubaneswar Outskirts; Police Suspect Murder

The peon died after falling from the roof in Odisha’s Capital city Bhubaneswar.

The deceased was identified as Bansidhara Behera of Retang area. He was working as a peon at the Paikarapur School. The incident has come to the fore from Chandka police limits.

Liquor bottle and cigarettes were found near the body. The surrounding hinted that a feast might have been organised at the spot.

On being informed, police reached the spot, recovered the body, and sent it for autopsy. The cops have initiated a probe into the matter. Presently, the police are interrogating other staff and students regarding the death of the peon.

However, the reason behind the death is yet to be ascertained.
