Bhubaneswar: The 9-day ‘Rourkela Fest’ starts on Saturday and will run until January 22. As many as 25 popular artists from Bollywood, various regions of Odisha, and the country will entertain the residents as the city is hosting 20 matches of the FIH Men’s Hockey World Cup 2023 at the Birsa Munda International Hockey Stadium from January 13 to 28.
The Rourkela Fest is being organised at the Melana Ground in Sector-13. It will take place every day from 4 pm to 11 pm. Bollywood stars will perform at the “Starry Night” concert, which starts at 7 pm and requires a ticket for entry. The schedule for the concert and the names of performers for each day are given below:
January 14: Sukhwinder Singh, Black Swan, Rapper Big Deal, and Disha Patani.
January 15: Benny Dayal, Prince Dance Group, and Ananya Nanda.
January 16: Lisa Mishra, Rituraj Mohanty, and Sniti Mishra.
January 17: Indian Ocean band, Kabir Cafe band, and Dancer Harihar Dash.
January 18: Navya Jaiti, Thaikuddum Bridge (rock), and DJ Praveen Nair.
January 19: Kailash Kher, Sand artist – Manas Kumar Sahoo, and Odissi Nritya Mandal.
January 20: Amit Trivedi & Gang, and Gunjan Dance Academy.
January 21: Salim Sulaiman & Gang, and Mayurbhanj Chhau Dance.
January 22: Sonu Nigam, and Neeti Mohan
