Kandhamal: In a major development in the Kandhamal murder case, a person was arrested by Baliguda police for allegedly killing a businessman at Rebingia under Barakhama police outpost in Baliguda of Kandhamal district on Thursday.
The accused has been identified as Bhimasen Behera from the same area.
During interrogation, the accused confessed his crime.
It is to be noted that the murder was a fall out of past rivalry and the accused opened fire under an intoxicated state on Nabaghana Sahoo of Bazar Sahi. Following which he succumbed to his injuries.
