Bhubaneswar, Sep 6 : The Odisha unit of BJP has chalked out a road map to strengthen the party organization at the grassroots level.
The core committee of the BJP held under the Chairmanship of the newly appointed party in charge S K Bansal on Tuesday has prepared a roadmap for the coming three months to build up the organizational networks in the state.
State Party General Secretary Golakh Mohapatra told newspersons after the meeting that during the period Party will go to the people, apprise them about various achievements of the central government and the failure and corruption of the BJD government in various sectors.
Mohapatra said the party will strengthen all the 37,000 booths in the state. A training camp would be organised on September 13,14,15 at Puri for this purpose.
He said the party would do all that was required to come to power in the 2024 election.
The BJP has chalked out several activities in the coming days to strengthen the party organisation. BJP national President J P Nadda is also scheduled to arrive in the state on a two-day visit on September 29 next.
Bansal who arrived here on Monday on a two-day visit to the state held discussions with party MPs, MLAs, and senior party leaders on the concluding day of his visit on Tuesday on how to strengthen the party organisation.
BJP State President Samir Mohanty, Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, Party National Vice President Baijayant Panda, and Party National Spokesperson Sambit Patra were among others who participated in the discussion.
