Noida Supertech Towers To Be Gone By May 22

New Delhi, Feb 28 : The Noida Authority on Monday informed the Supreme Court the twin towers of Supertech in the NCR city will be completely demolished “likely by May 22”, and the demolition exercise is already afoot. The city authority told a bench headed by Justice DY Chandrachud: “The Emerald Court twin towers would be demolished by May 22.” Senior lawyer Ravindra Kumar, appearing for the Noida Authroty, submitted to the apex court that all the debris will be removed by August 22. A meeting of all stakeholders was held on February 9. “All stakeholders shall strictly comply with the timeline given in Noida Authority’s affidavit,” the Supreme Court said, and fixed the matter for further hearing for May 17. Kumar informed the bench that the orders of the apex court were being complied with, attaching photographs.
