Humanity Ashamed: 25-Year-Old Girl Gang-Raped, Tied & Thrown Away From Building, Hung On Electric Pole
Choro(Rajasthan), Feb 13: A few steps away from the Dharmastopa police post in the district headquarters, four men had allegedly gang-raped a 25-year-old girl from Delhi.
Later, the intoxicated accused, crossed all limits of cruelty, tied her with a rope and threw out of the second floor window. The rope was stuck in a electric pole, leaving the girl hanging from the pole for a couple of hours. The victim was later rescued by the police and has been admitted to the near by Bharatiya Hospital.
A case has been registered against Vikram Singh, Bhavani Singh, Devinder Singh and Bala alias Sunil of Chinpura under grievous provisions of IPC. Accused Bhavani Singh is said to be a teacher in a government school. Police have conducted a medical examination of the victim.
The victim is originally from Assam, Superintendent of Police Mamata Saraswat said. She runs a small household in Delhi. The victim said that Sunil alias Raju, a resident of Choro, had called her Choro after promising to give her a job. At the bus stand, a young man came to pick her up. That young man took her to a room and said that the next morning he will take her to the new office.
The victim said that Vikram Rajput, Bhavani, Devinder Singh alias Billa and Sunil Rajput Chinpura Bada started drinking alcohol in the room. The victim said that when the youth was asked to get a job, the accused Devinder Singh threatened them not to do so and started ravishing her brutally one after another. After the humiliation, the accused men tied her hands and feet with a rope and pushed her from the second floor window of the house, but the rope got stuck in the electricity pole for few hours. Getting complain from localities Police rescued the victim and started immediate investigation and arrested four of them.
