Mumbai, Jul 4 : Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde has expressed his condolences over the tragic accident that took place on the Mumbai-Agra highway at Palasner in Dhule district on Tuesday.
Expressing his condolences to the deceased and their families, the Chief Minster announced Rs five lakh compensation to each deceased family from the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund.
As soon as the Chief Minister got information of this accident, he contacted the collector and superintendent of police of Dhule district on phone and took information about the incident.
He gave direction to provide immediate help and medical treatment to the injured persons, said a press release issued by the Chief Minister’s Office here.
