Athamallik: The Vigilance Department has launched a raid on the allegation of embezzlement of income and property connected to the Assistant Executive Engineer (AEE), identified as Ramachandra Satapathy. Vigilance raids are underway at a total of 9 places. Raids are ongoing at 9 places including Dhenkanal, Angul, Cuttack and Bhawanipatna. Ramachandra Satapathy is working as an assistant executive engineer in Athamallik block. Today, the vigilance started simultaneous raids on his office and various other places in the state. In this order, the raids are being conducted at his residence in Gayatri Nagar, Dhenkanal city, Athamallik block office, government residence, ancestral house in Banasingh, Dhenkanal Sadar block and Cuttack.
