The Amount of Rain Will Increase In The Next 24 Hours,
Bhubaneswar: Monsoon is currently active in the state. As a result, there is a possibility of light to moderate rain in the state for the next 24 hours with heavy rain at some places. As a result, yellow warnings have been issued in Sundargarh and Jharsuguda due to heavy rain.
Along with this, the amount of rain will decrease gradually from tomorrow and there is a possibility of heavy rain again from the 13th. Heavy rain may occur in one or two places of Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj and Sundargarh districts on this day.
Later on the 14th and 15th, yellow warning was issued by the Regional Meteorological Center due to the threat of heavy rain in some parts of North Odisha.
The SRC also issued a warning and advised the district administration to be vigilant.
In the current monsoon season, 621.8 mm of rain has been recorded in the state since June 1. Only Malkangari received above-normal rainfall.
