Bhubaneswar: The Commissionerate Police has arrested a fake IB inspector. He was calling young girls and women and asking for love. He also married some of them. There were 49 more women in the line. Then one wrong phone call ruined the whole game. A woman was talking to the police and the entire case was caught. And slowly the whole thing came to light. The disguised IB Inspector was caught.
According to the reports, Satyajit Samal, the husband of 5 women, was arrested in Commissionerate Police’s ‘Operation Majnu’. Another 49 women were in line. 2 cases have been registered in Bhubaneswar capital police station in the name of Satyajit. When the incident came to light, the police laid a trap to catch the accused. A woman chatted with the police and the accused was called from Dubai to Bhubaneswar. After coming from Dubai to Bhubaneswar on a date, the police tied up the accused. This 34-year-old youth lives in Chandrasekharpur and a car, gun, ammunition and bullets along with 2 lakh 10 thousand rupees, 3 bank accounts and agreement papers were seized from the accused.
While having a relationship with a woman, he took 36 lakhs and a Baleno car from her, while he took a two-wheeler Bullet with 8 lakhs from another woman. The scam was targeting widows, divorced women and young girls.Â
After the first conversation, the accused asked for money from his girlfriends in various ways. Cheater Satyajit Samal used to borrow money from the woman. By taking a loan in the name of the woman, he bought a car and rented them to earn money. And this fraudster was fleeing abroad after confiscating all the money.
