Don’t Come To SCB Unless It Is Urgent: Superintendent

Cuttack: The Superintendent advised that no one should come to SCB Medical Center unless it is urgent. The superintendent said about the protest of doctors. He said, patient care has not been disrupted, there is no need to say more. The leave of all faculty has been cancelled. Therefore, he advised SCB not to come unless it is very urgent.

On the other hand, DMET has also responded to tomorrow’s doctors’ protest for Kolkata R. G. Kar Medical College and Hospital rape and murder case. He said, “Doctors in government jobs will not agitate.” The junior doctors and house surgeons of the medical college will conduct the agitation. It is not clear how long they will be protesting. Everyone will do emergency work, services will be affected. Senior doctor will serve both outdoor and indoor. He said that no decision has been taken regarding the implementation of ESMA.
