BJP’s ‘Jan Vishwas Yatra’ to kick off from Dec 19

Lucknow: In order to galvanize party workers and seek blessings of the electorate, Bhartiya Janata Party would organise the ‘Jan Vishwas Yatra’ from different parts of Uttar Pradesh from December 19 onwards.

The preparations were given final shape on Friday during a meeting chaired by state general secretary (organisation) Sunil Bansal.

It has been decided that all the six yatras will start from 19 December and will be inaugurated and concluded by the central leaders.

The Yatras will be inaugurated by National President JP Nadda, Union Minister Rajnath Singh, Nitin Gadkari, Smriti Irani, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan.

Yatra coordinator Vidya Sagar Sonkar said that the first yatra would start from Vidur Kuti in Bijnor and would be inaugurated by the Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways, Nitin Gadkari. Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya and Union Minister Sanjeev Balyan will also be present on the occasion.

The second Yatra would start from Govardhan of Mathura Dham and would be inaugurated by UP CM Yogi Adityanath. Union Minister Dr Mahendra Nath Pandey, Santosh Gangwar and Etah MP Rajveer Singh Raju Bhaiya would be present on the occasion.

The third Yatra would start from Jhansi and would be inaugurated by the Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh. Deputy CM Dr Dinesh Sharma and Union Minister Sadhvi Niranjan Jyoti would be also be present there.

The fourth yatra would start from Ambedkar Nagar would be inaugurated by BJP’s national president Jagat Prakash Nadda. State election in-charge and Union Ministers Dharmendra Pradhan and Kaushal Kishor would be present there.

The fifth yatra would start from Ballia and would be inaugurated by the MP Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan. State President Swatantra Dev Singh and Dara Singh Chouhan would also be present during the inaugural session.

The sixth Yatra would start from Ghazipur and would be inaugurated by the Union Minister Smriti Irani. Cabinet ministers Swami Prasad Maurya and Brijesh Pathak would also be present in the inaugural meeting.
