A shocking incident has occurred in Berhampur town, two women and a child escape a tragedy as they met with an accident after being chased by stray dogs.
The whole incident was recorded on a CCTV camera installed near the location. The video is making rounds on various social media platforms.
Following the incident, the victims informed other family members who rushed them to the hospital. Locals have demanded that the Berhmapur Municipal Corporation acts on the stray dog menace.
