Teenager kidnapped, killed by neighbour in Jharsuguda of Odisha!

A 15-year-old Class X student in Jharsuguda was allegedly kidnapped and later murdered and set on fire by a former neighbour, even as his parents were preparing to pay the ransom, police said on Wednesday.

According to reports, it is to be questioned as to why the accused killed an innocent minor in such a barbaric and despicable manner.

Jharsuguda SP Smit Parmar said though the kidnappers made ransom calls to Samarth Agarwal’s parents, he was murdered and set on fire much before the payment deadline.

The police is still investigating into the the murder of the 10th class student of Jharsuguda. The Jharsuguda police have arrested to accused persons Amit Kumar Sharma and Dinesh Agarwal in connection to the case and are investigating further into the case.

The accused Amit Kumar Sharma was a neighbor of the family of the deceased however, now their families are living in different places. The question arises, how a neighbor behaved like a friend and killed the boy.

There are various questions that still remain unanswered such as: Did Amit Sharma kidnap the boy only for 50 lakh rupees? Or is there some other reason behind it? Was there any business rivalry with the family of the kidnapper? Why did Amit Sharma plan the kidnapping? When was the kidnapping planned? Did the neighbour kill the family for fear of being caught for asking 50 lakh rupees?

Jharsuguda Police is investigating further from various angles.
