Several places across Odisha are now reeling under intense cold wave conditions. Semiliguda in Koraput district recorded a minimum (night) temperature 3.7 degree Celsius, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) informed on Monday.
It had recorded the season’s lowest minimum temperature of 2 degree Celsius the previous day.
Notably, the last 24 hours saw the mercury plummeting below 10 degree Celsius at 14 places:

The twin cities of Cuttack and Bhubaneswar recorded minimum temperatures of 11.5 and 10.5 degrees celsius respectively.
