In a tragic incident, one persons died while two others have been left with severe injuries in road mishaps in Odisha on Friday morning. The identities of the deceased persons are not ascertained yet.
According to reports, the incident occurred after the trio was hit by an unknown. Subsequently, one was killed on the spot while two sustained grievous injuries.
The injured were shifted to Burla and Balangir Medical College and Hospital. The trio was returning home on a bike after attending Sohala Prahari Puja when the accident took place.
The locals immediately rushed to the accident site to rescue the injured. However one person died on the spot.
Upon being informed, police reached the spot and initiated an investigation in this regard.
