Sambalpur: An under-trial prisoner (UTP) was found hanging in the washroom of Sambalpur Circle jail today morning.

According to reports, the matter came to the fore after some other prisoners spotted him hanging with a towel in the washroom of the jail and informed the authorities of the prison.
He was rushed to Burla medical, but the doctors declared him dead.
Later, the Sambalpur police started an investigation into the incident.
