Bargarh: The recovery of three mutilated bodies, the Bheden police on Thursday cracked the case of the triple murder in the Bargarh district of Odisha. Prima facie it appears that the trio has been murdered as all the bodies carried head injuries.
The deceased have been identified as Tankadhar Sahu and his two wives- Madhavi and Draupadi. As per reports, Tankadhar had married for the second time after he failed to have any child from his first wife.
The matter came to light only after neighbours informed police suspecting something fishy as Tankadhar’s family did not open the gates today.
Though the exact reason behind the death of the trio is unclear, a detailed investigation can establish whether it is a murder or something else. Senior police officials have reached the spot and an inspection will also be carried out by a forensic team.
