Naba Das Murder Case: Accused Cop’s Mobile Phone, Clothes To Be Forensically Tested

Bhubaneswar: The Crime Branch investigating the murder of Odisha minister Naba Kisore Das has recovered the weapon and ammunition used in the crime from accused ASI Gopal Krishna Das.

The 9mm pistol and three live bullets, along with the accused cop’s blood-stained clothes and mobile phone, will be sent for forensic testing.

The ballistic examination of the seized gun and bullets will be conducted, and the accused’s mobile phone will be analyzed for any information that could help solve the case.

The mobile call detail record will be checked for any connections to the crime, and the SFSL will also examine chat and video calls.
