A very loud and deafening sound was heard a few minutes back in Baripada and Balasore areas of Odisha on Monday. Trigger panic among the locals.
While the authorities are yet to confirm anything in this regard till the time of filing this report locals said they heard a loud sound and suddenly doors, windows and furniture started shaking. The tremor lasted for a few seconds.
People in the area were panic-stricken after they heard the sound. The doors and windows of the houses vibrated due to the deafening noise.
The cause of the loud noise is not known but panic has gripped the resident of these regions.
A similar incident had taken place on November 23, 2022 which had created widespread panic among locals in Jajpur, Bhadrak and Anandapur areas of Odisha.
