In a shocking incident, a drunken man has been accused beat his wife to death late Wednesday night at Gahiraband village in Jaleswar block in Odisha’s Balasore district. said reliable reports.
According to reports, the deceased wife has been identified as Manjulata Murmu, the accused man has been identified as Durga Murmu. Their dispute took an ugly turn and Durga started thrashing his wife brutally.
However, the locals managed to nab Durga as he tried to flee the spot after committing the crime and handed him over to Raibania police.
