DA Case: Forest Range Officer Under Odisha Vigilance Scanner, Raids On At 5 Places

A forest range officer has become the latest government employee to come under the vigilance scanner in Odisha.

Ujjalpur Forest Range in odisha’s Sundargarh, Sangram Keshari Manihira for allegedly amassing assets disproportionate to his known sources of income.

Simultaneous searches are being conducted at five places in Sambalpur, Balangir and Sundargarh districts:

During the raids, the vigilance officials searched Manihira’s residential triple-storyed building located in Burla Town Unit 1 in Sambalpur district, his house at native village Bahminipali in Bolangir and relative’s house at Nehru Nagar in Bolangir.

Similarly, the office chamber of Manihira and his government residential quarter located inside the campus of Forest Range Office, Ujalpur Forest Range in Sundargarh district were also searched.
