CM Naveen To Leave For Mumbai Today On A Two-Day Visit

Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik will go on a two-day visit to Mumbai from Monday. He is scheduled to attend the 2023 Sportstar Aces Awards function will be held in Mumbai on February 27 from 6pm onwards.

He will return to Bhubaneswar tomorrow at 2 pm.

The state has received global appreciation for hosting FIH Hockey Men’s World Cup twice and has been hailed for its support for Hockey. It also achieved the feat of building the world’s largest hockey stadium – the Birsa Munda International Hockey Stadium, with a 20,000 seating capacity in Rourkela in a record 15 months.

The awards, presented by IDFC First Bank, has 30 categories. The six Popular Choice Awards are Sportsman of the Year, Sportswoman of the Year, National Team of the Year, Club Team of the Year, Sporting Moment of the Year and Spirit of Sports.

Prior to that, Naveen will attend the Odisha Investors Meet at 3. 30 pm and may meet some of the country’s top industrialists, including Reliance Industries CMD Mukesh Ambani.
