Another Police Constable Candidate Succumbs After Giving Physical Test in Ganjam

In a shocking incident, yet again candidate who took part in the physical test for recruitment of police constables  in Rayagada  fainted.

The deceased was identified as Harish Chandra Kulesia of Jagdalpur village under Ambadola police limits of Rayagada district. The test was underway in Rayagada Reserve Police field, said reliable reports.

He succumbed at around 5.23 PM today while undergoing treatment at MKCG Medical College & Hospital.

Earlier on Friday, Dipti Ranjan Das of Shyamsundarpur under Khallikote police limits who had taken part in the physical test for recruitment of police constables at the Chhatrapur Reserve Police ground in Ganjam had fallen ill. He was shifted to MKCG Medical College & Hospital where he succumbed.

It is worth mentioning that Harishchandra was the only son of a vegetable vendor identified as Ramdas Kaushalya. Ramdas used to sell vegetables to make a living in Jagdalpur area.

Earlier, another constable candidate named Diptiranjan Das of Shyamsundarpur village under Khallikote block passed away after falling sick after running for 1600 metres during the physical test.
