Now it is in a state of boiling into a national agitation from the contours of Jantar Mantar.
The protest by the wrestlers has in the recent days has so spiraled that several non-political outfits have come forward and undoubtedly it is no more an agitation by wrestlers but of the entire sporting fraternity.
The Mahila Panchayt has whole heartedly come out voicing not only supporting the agitation but has demanded change and reform.
“The public at large should send a no tolerance message on it” said a voice from the Mahapanchayat and it also said that, “ It seems that even Modi sahab is scared of the accused and he is directing the investigation,” Vinay Bharadwaj, a retired Delhi University professor charged.
The panchayat was specially held to show a voice of solidarity with the wrestlers and aimed to show the BJP MP and WFI chief Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh who has become suddenly so indispensable for the Modi regime.

“The situation for all women is concerning with grave threats. It’s not a small fight, it’s against the system and the state.” said another voice from the Panchayat as multiple women’s organizations concur that Singh is simply enjoying political impunity “our country needs to be run by the Constitution and not the Manusmriti or the BJP’s agendas” was a decisive voice from the Panchayat.
