BJP’s washing machine doing overtime ahead of elections: Sanjay Singh

New Delhi, July 4 : Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader and MP Sanjay Singh on Tuesday took a dig at BJP over corruption issue.

“The Prime Minister Narendra Modi had given a guarantee that he would take action against each and every corrupt person in Bhopal, now he is making corrupt person a minister in BJP-led government,” alleged Singh.

“PM Modi accused NCP leader Ajit Pawar of a scam of Rs 70,000 crores, now he has made him the Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra,” alleged Singh.

AAP leader slammed the BJP for joining hands with the same leaders of the NCP that the PM had accused of corruption barely a few days ago.

Addressing a press conference here, Singh alleged that several BJP leaders who have been shielded from scrutiny by PM Modi’s “washing machine.”

Singh alleged, “These leaders’ past transgressions have been conveniently overlooked by the BJP. The accusations of hypocrisy and the protection of corrupt individuals within the party raise concerns about the BJP’s commitment to the nation.”

He alleged, “It is very obvious that the Modi government is using the ED-CBI to induct corrupt leaders into the party. These agencies are being used to overturn all those things that makes India a democracy.”
