Kendrapara, Oct 14 : A juvenile was apprehended by the Sadar police for raping a five year old girl on Wednesday last.
The minor girl’s family member lodged an FIR with the Kendrapara Sadar police station on Thursday.
Acting on the FIR, the Sadar police registered a case and apprehended the juvenile.
The police on Friday produced the14-years old boy before the CJM-cum-Principal Magistrate of Juvenile Justice board,
SDPO of Kendrapara SDPO Saroj Sahoo said the juvenile was later sent to the Juvenile home.
