SpiceJet pilot’s poetic in-flight announcement is making the Internet chuckle, Video takes Internet by storm
While in-flight announcements are often monotonous and boring, they are usually shared by the pilot or the head of the cabin crew during the takeoff and follow a set format.
However, a recent viral video from a SpiceJet flight shows a pilot turning into a poet and turning the regular announcement into a rhyming poem.
The video was shared on Twitter by a user named Eepsita, the clip opens to show an inside view of a flight. Someone is also heard making an announcement in Hindi and that too in a poetic manner. He drops the information about the flight time, altitude and meals by rhyming the words at the end of each line and giving the announcement a poetic twist of his own. The video has amassed over 102k views since being shared online. Netizens were blown away at the pilot’s talent and creativity. Additionally, the video has received more than 4,800 likes. People posted different comments while reacting to the video.
SpiceJet dropped a comment and wrote, “Glad you liked it, Eepsita. Please DM us your PNR so we may share your words with our Captain. Stay #RedHotSpicy.” To which, Eepsita posted, “Just did. My best to the captain!”
A user commented that the pilot’s forecast is good and I want this pilot while traveling on international flights.
Another user commented, “Ultimate! It’s the captain. I remember an Indigo pilot doing something similar couple of months back.”
