Srinagar, Sep 8 : Lt Governor Manoj Sinha on Thursday said the government was taking effective steps to create a vibrant film ecosystem to bring back the golden era of film making in Jammu and Kashmir.
Sinha said this during a meeting with Bollywood actor and filmmaker Sanjay Khan, who called on Sinha at Raj Bhawan.
Khan discussed with him the promotion of film related activities in Jammu and Kashmir, an official spokesman said
